[Resolved] Tata Docomo — land line disconnected | |||
I live in magarpatta city and tata doco mo have given free intercom facility in all the flats since 2008.They called in March 2014 to tell us that we have changed our plan and pay Rs 301 . We told them for what we have to pay this is a free facility that was given by these tata doco mo people and nobody in magarpatta pays any money for the intercom...Finally after so many arguments we had with them we paid the money.We received an sms from them about receiving the payments.Then after that we called to tell them to start our line, the person who came on the line asked and i gave all the info what he needed only after 10 minutes to tell me that my connection has been disconnected and i need to apply for a new connection.
