[Resolved] Tata Docomo — ldr service | |||
I am honestly very disappointed with your service. Two times my balance has been deducted (99 rupees, total 198) from the number [protected] without my knowledge for the last five days. A service called ldr is being activated by itself. I saw several customer complaints regarding the same service but still this problem is being persisted and you are blaming on other applications for this. I have been using tatadocomo for the last 4 years irrespective of many service providers offering me better offers and now i want compensation as well as removal of this service ldr. Verified Support Nov 10, 2017 Tata DoCoMo Customer Care's response As discussed, We would like to inform you that, LDR service was activated by you on[protected] at 20:46PM through SDP_WAP mode and hence the balance of Rs.99/- has been deducted. We take multiple confirmations from you before activating any service and we do not activate or deduct any balance without customers consent. However, as per your request we have deactivated LDR Service on 19-OCT-2017 at 10:55AM, and amount Rs99/- has been refunded.

I used my Docomo number [protected] from last 4 to 5 years. Suddenly it shows no network. Can you please help me to activate my network. Because I tried to reach customer support team but I didn't got proper response.
