In the month of march 2017 i called the customer care to deactivate my account and they promised me to do so.in the month of may i got a mail saying that i got a outstanding of amount 2400 for a period of two months (Apirl &may). Then i called the customer care, and they said that no your account was not dedicated and you have to pay the bill of 2400/-rs to deactivate. Then we payed the bill for not even consuming a bite of data and deactivated it
In the month of june again we got a bill for rs1200/-, again i called the customer care. While calling the customer car in the voice mail only it said "your account has been permanently deactivated" and when i speak with the customer care people they said that my account is deactivated permanently and there is no dew amount for my account. They said that by mistake we got the bill, please do ignore the bill and in feature we wont get the bill.
In the month of july again we got a bill for 1200rs, and they have also added the past month bill. So the bill total amount is 2400rs again. So again i called the customer care people. They said the same thing to me that y account is deactivated permanently and there is no dew amount for my account. They said that by mistake we got the bill, please do ignore the bill and in feature we wont get the bill. When i asked for a confirmation mail they said its not required and they also have no option to generate such kind of mail.
Now november 14th 2017 i'm getting a mail saying that we are sending you a court notice and we have to appear in court for not paying the bill of 2400rs, again i called the customer care people regarding this issue. Now the customer said me a new story that our account was deactivated on october 2017 only for not paying the bill of rs2400/-.
Then why did the customer care people said that my account was deactivated and the bill was generated by mistake.
In the mail which i got on november they gave two contact number. I called that number and tried to explain him my issue. I said that if i want to cheat i would have consumed the data in tata photon device. But for the past 5 months i'm not using the device but you people keep on charging me for that.
He said in a lethargic manner"i'm not bothered i[censored] are using the device or not, pay the bill or i will file a case on you"
I have been a customer to them for the past 7 yrs and this is the way they respect us.
Then i written a complain mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com. They said action for mail will be take in 24hrs but it has been 1 week till now but no progression,
I got 4 calls from the customer care every one is asking "whats the problem" and in the end "we will check what's the problem and get back to u & sry for the inconvenience. Which means there is no action take till now.
For the past 7 months i have not used the device but they charged me 2400/- which i paid and now again they as for another 2400/-
These people are playing a clever game. They are not deactivating the device on our request and in the end they make us to pay the bill and if you refuse they as for the noc which they wont say us about it in the time of deactivation.
People who are reading it please get the noc at the time of deactivation. If you don't get it they will take it as an advantage and charge you wantedly.
