Tata Docomo — legal notice for undue post my request for disconnection

I had tata photon connection earlier with number [protected] and i cleared all my arrears and due to very poor signal i requested for connection disconnection in december 2017 and customer care service person agreed for the same. Also the tata photon service is discontinued in my area since jan 2018 as per the multiple messages which i have received. I requested the customer care multiple times and even after 7 months my connection is not disconnected still and i am getting legal notice asking me to pay the amount though i have not used the photon device and in my area photon connection itself got discontinued. Can you please tell me why you are asking me to pay the amount even after my request for connection disconnection and how you have charged for the area for which tata photon connection itself got disconnected.
