[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Legal Notice sent to me for unused service

My Photon number is [protected]. I had activated a plan of 950Rs. which is a postpaid account and has 10GB of 3G data usage. I bought this in Gwalior, and then I shifted to Pune. In Pune I already have a Wi-Fi connection so the dongle wasn't of any use to me. I told the Customer service to either activate a basic plan or just close my Photon. But these guys didn't even bother to hear me out. After a month my Photon bill got generated of 950Rs. I didn't pay the bill as I told the customer service already. They contacted me regarding the payment and I addressed them the same issue.They still didn't close my account neither did they activate a minimum plan. After 3 months they generated a bill of 3026. I know!! I was shocked to see that. I told them and they said You will have to pay the bill anyhow. When I refused to pay they told me, mark my words these were the exact words the customer service told me, "Company aapse paise kaise bhi kar ke nikal legi". This is how the lazy customer service talks to customers. Previously when I was using their service, never did I delay the payment. Now they didn't even bother to block my service for non payment. And now they have filed a case against me for not paying the bill. This company is a frawd, and it's just not me who is saying this. You shouldn't be stealing money from valuable customers like this. I haven't even used their service since last three months, my data usage is 0. I have cleared the amount and now I'll see to it that no one from my circle ever uses your service again. Peace!
