[Resolved] Tata Docomo — login problem | |||||
My account has been locked by tata docomo because of wrong attempts for login. As i forgot my password, i can't login to my account. The forgot password option is not working. I contacted with tata docomo helpline through my tata docomo number but they said they can't help me. They said they don't have third party information. I can't login to my account that's why unable to see my all details. If the company don't have any solution to login to their website then why they have customer support and why they have their website? They called me third party. Am i?
