Tata Docomo — lokadalt notice for non payment of an account which i have already cancelled with cleared dues.

i had a tatadocomo broadband connection account no.[protected]. monthly plan of 617rs i applied for disconnection over the phone as i was out of station and was asked to submit a remaining balance if 358 rs after which it would get disconected. however after few months i received a bill of 1130rs. after calling the customer care i was given a complaint refrence no and that it would be resolved. however i continued receiving the same bill again and again. i also talked to people in the tatadocomo team and have the mail proof for same. today i have received a lok adalat notice by mail. is this some joke from tatadocomo team or do they not know how to resolve a registered complaint. attaching all the threads 1) COMPLAIN DATED :13/06/2014 (have the proof i my mail) Hi!
