[Resolved] Tata Docomo — lost my phone with docomo sim | |||
I brought my docomo sim card 4 years back in a mobile shop with my id proof.. I thought it is in my id proof but yesterday i lost my phone and by calling the customer care i came to know that the sim was registered with some other name.. That was my personal and work number which i was using from a very long time. All my clients and new inquiries come to that number only. Verified Support Jul 28, 2017 Tata DoCoMo Customer Care's response Dear customer, Customer can get a replacement sim by submitting his request at nearest Tata Docomo Store. You need to carry an identity proof and valid document pertaining to loss of phone. Customer should call call center[protected] and report for blocking of services.
