I m not able send any messages since two years. I have complained many times to customer care but it is unresolved. I m in urgent need to resolve this issue as many banking services have stopped.I have indeed complained to the customer care services but they didn't resolve the issue in fact the services are very bad. I changed my phone to see whether ots working with other handsets of moblie. But nothing is resolved. Is this the way to react to the customer complaint? We are paying you for pur services not freely using
