[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Misbehave by Customer Care | |||
I was harassed by docomo customer care Raipur (C.G.) [protected] person who called me more than 6 times and used abusing words when i said I don't need post paid connection and any calls for this purpose. The person name was Neha and she challenged me to go and complain anywhere and used abusing words for me. How can I expect such behaviour from a customer care person, they need to apologize Was this information helpful? | |||
