Tata Docomo — Misguided service message

According to the service Messege I received, I was told that on a recharge of rs 24 my call rates would have dropped to 30paise/min for 180 days. But instead of that my previous data Balnce of 1 GB (3G) net was somehow inactivated with all of of my Balnce unused and in place of that I received a 120 mb data Balnce for 3 days. I expect your full Co operation in undoing this error as soon as possible Thanking you Abhishek [protected]
