[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Misguiding Consumer and charging more | |||||
I am a Tata DoCoMo post-paid customer. I have a ₹250 plan that includes 1GB 3G and 500 mins of local+STD. From the day I started using the plan. I never received bill less than ₹400, but once ₹279. Sometimes even more than ₹700. I activated an add-on pack last month of ₹199 from the My Tata DoCoMo app. There is no mentioned of auto-renewal of the plan. However I got a bill of above ₹500 for two month . So, I called their customer care, they said me about the auto-renewal and said I should have called them first. In reply, I said them to right it down in T&Cs in the app. They said about escalating the issue to some other department and deactivated the service. When I complained that about deducting the price to the original as I haven't use the facilities of ₹199 they refused. So, I said them even after the additional ₹199 the bill is more than expected they said it is the issue of the other department. I know I am paying more for than I use. However it is a totally absurd behaviour from a great company. Was this information helpful? | |||||
