[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Money deduction without consent | |||
Hello, I was browsing internet on 3G using my Tata-Docomo number. All of a sudden, I get a message from "TA-HUWWAP" that says some service has been activated in my mobile that I did not opt for in the first place.It says that I have been charged Rs. 76.93 for that service. I contacted the customer care to get it deactivated immediately, but I did not get any refund.I want my money back.I am not going to pay for any service that I don't want in the first place. As per the TRAI guidelines, there should be some process of taking a consent from the user in order to activate any such service, be it through WAP or SMS or IVRS etc. But I am quite positive I did not give my consent through any of these. How can they charge me for something that I dont want, without taking my consent. My mobile number is [protected]. Kindly help me in resolving the issue Was this information helpful? | |||
