We tried to speak you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the call was not answered. We would like to inform you that your balance of 0.90/- has been deducted, as you have surfed internet on[protected] to[protected] used 9KB DATA at that time no data balance available in your account. Hence, you have been charged for the data usage from the main balance at 10p/10KB and the same cannot be refunded. Further, we would like to inform you that kindly off your mobile data or deactivate internet service on your number. So that you will not be charged in the future.
