[Resolved] Tata Docomo — My internet and call charges are unusually high | |||
My mob no - [protected] (Tata docomo) has been charging higher rates for Calls and internet services for the mentioned number. For no reason they have been doing this for the past 15-20 days. I have been trying to contact the customer care since 10 days, but to no avail, they are not picking up my calls. I am extremely disappointed at the poor customer service and the mobile services being provided by tata docomo. As of date 06/09/2016, i called 16 times during morning hours but there has been no response from them. Please help me resolve this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Sep 09, 2016 Tata DoCoMo Customer Care's response Dear Customer, As per the conversation with our team, we regret the inconvenience caused to you. In this regard, we would like to inform you that your balance of 5.30/- has been deducted as you have surfed internet on[protected] used 493KB DATA at that time no data balance available in your account. Hence, you have been charged for the data usage from the main balance at 10p/10KB. Further, we request you to switch off your mobile data or deactivate internet service on your number. So that you will not be charged in future. However, being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo, an amount of Rs.5.30/- has been successfully credited to your account as a onetime goodwill gesture with the docket number ABAL[protected] on 08-SEP-2016 at 03:33PM. Also, we would like to inform you that, upon verifying with our records as of now there is no call rate cutter plan is active on your number. Hence, you are being charged as per the base tariff as all mobile calls at 1.7p/sec and land line at 2P/sec. Further, we request you to recharge with any call rate cutter plan in order to reduce your charges. Also, we would like to inform you that a complaint has been registered vide docket number PSR[protected] regarding unable to contact customer care related concern, the same will be resolved soon.
