Tata Docomo is not sending UPC code for my mobile no even after sending PORT sms nearly 5 times. My mobile no [protected]. There is a total silence from the service provider. When I tried to lodge a complaint in TATA Docomo's online site, it says OTP has been sent, but there was nothing came. Pl help to resolve this problem.

Sir, recently i port my number from idea postpaid to tatadocomo prepaid..15 days it works perfect ..but later it become invalid number. soon many times i call to customer care but no use . my number [protected]. i payed all the amount on idea but why they disconnect i dont understand..after asking to showroom they said" disconnected by donar"
