[Resolved] Tata Docomo — my sim was broken. i need it urgently because it was linked up with all my official accounts.

I got a docomo sim few years from my dad. Recently that was broken. We don't remember the details we provided. We need the same number because it was linked with many of my official accounts. I kindly request you to suggest me how to get my number back. Please mail me the procedure for this. This time i would like to provide my details and register for this sim.
