I had a weird problem with Tata Photon Customer Care.
Background – I have two prepaid connections with same (single) Registered Mobile Number. One was deactivated for lack of documentation. I managed to get it activated but phone verification was pending and other one was working.
I had some issues with the working number so I dialed the Photon Customer care. [protected] However it always treated my incoming call (Being made from RMN) as call for verification and did not just allow me to interact with customer care for the current issue with working number. All they kept on saying is call is connected to verification department and without verification they can not proceed.
I had to use a landline to call customer care to interact with representative in order to discuss issues with working number.
Photon should fact in such conditions that two connections may be registered on single account and they should allow the same account holder to talk to customer care for any of the two numbers regardless of status of connection. Was this information helpful? |
