[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Network coverage Issue

Dear Ambassador's of TATA Docomo,

I had registered a Ticket Regarding Network fluctuation due to that calls or getting dropped and it was Registered on {[protected] Time:- (09:58:57.0)} the Resolution Expected Date give to me for this case as on[protected] Time:-(10:00:00.0) and It is not fixed yet, till the first Weak people updated me the status, after that till today no one turned up to me to update further Status, after long time today i reach contact center to know the status, i really disappointed due to no progress on the Ticket, I was irate and Requested make me to talk with Manager agent says he is busy now due to that he is raising another ticket to arrange a call back to me ETR is End of the day, I started asking to give me the Nodel officer Number agent denied to give me the

Nodal officer number after arguing with him he gave me Mrs. Chitra K [protected] can contact her on this number and the timings Mon-Fri 9 am to 6 pm, i disconnected the call and started calling to the Nodal officer to escalate the issue but its not Connected, finally i checked status of my complaint in tata docomo website, I really shocked found that the Complaint is Closed today[protected]:21:48.0) Ticket Id:[protected] without my knowledge or confirmation/resolution. And at the same time registered a New ticket and ticket id :[protected] {[protected]:22:19.0)}, what's happening with you people ? I[censored] cannot help me, I know how things get it done, please arrange a call back from Nodal officer to update the status.

My Questions are here !!

1) why did you close My ticket without resolution ?

2) why you Registered new ticket ?

3) why did it took so long time ?

4) why agent refused to give me nodal officer number in first instance ?

5) Why your agent gave me the wrong Nodal officer Number ?

6) How long do i suppose to wait to get it fix ?

7) why your agent refused to transfer the call to Manager ?
