[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Network Issue | |||||
I am unable to receive calls from certain circles(Bengaluru, Mumbai). I am working in IT field and currently looking for a job change. Certain employers are unable to reach me as they get a dialing tone but I don't get the calls. This makes them think that I'm dodging their calls. Afterwards, I get a message that I've got X number of missed calls. One time I got 8 missed calls message. This issue is hurting my career prospects. Now, I tried to register a complaint at their official site but unsurprisingly I got this message after I completed all the fields and clicked on submit. "Sorry, your complaint could not be raised. Please try again". (Also attached the screenshot) This is the reality of Docomo customer care. They don't have any dedicated number for complaints and when you submit the complaint on their site this happens. Was this information helpful? | |||||
