[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Network not available | |||||
I ported to tata docomo on may 18th 2016, with a promise of better network coverage. But i found that there is no network coverage at my work place (Not a single tower) and a few towers at my home. As it was postpaid connection (Account no[protected] so bills is getting generated without providing any services. Its been more than 40 days and the issue still persists. Every time i call tata docomo they say it will get resolved in another 2/3/4 days, and on 28 th june the issue was marked as resolved without providing the resolution. I already said several times that i will not pay any amount till service is provided properly. But this was ignored. I suffered a lot because of tata docomo as most of the time my tata docomo number is out of reach. I am a working professional which highly rely on calls for existing or new opportunities. I lost most of the opportunities because of this. I will call it harassment and exploitation from this telecom company as neither they are providing services nor they are allowing me to opt out of docomo as locking period is 90 days. To add to agony the outgoing facilities has been barred. Most of the time i contact customer care on chat as there is no network, so i can provide that if required.
