Tata Docomo — Network problem in 513, sector 11 b, chandigarh

There is no network in my mobile no [protected] (At my residence kothi no 513, sector 11 b, chandigarh) since tata docomo have ported my mobile from cdma to gsm. I had lodged so many complaints with their executive mr. Gagandeep at mobile no [protected] and their area manager mr ram at mob no. [protected] but to no avail. My business is suffering badly for the last 15 days only due to deficiency in service by tata docomo. I can not spoil my business in these days of hard competition only due to negligence and deficiency in service on the part of tata docomo. I had also requested tata docomo to please give me alternate solution or port my number to any other service provider but to no avail

Our tata walky phone no [protected] has been ported from cdma to gsm by tata docomo on 15th june 2016. But till date no phone set has been provided by tata docomo.

Our business is suffering badly due to non supply of phone set. We had made so many complaints but mobile set has not been provided till this day.

We had requested tata docomo to port our number to any other service provider if they cant provide phone set
