Respected sir my number is [protected] of AP circle i have registered a complaint in tata docomo about network problem they said that they will solve it in 4 days but till now the problem hasn't solved please help me regarding this matter . We tried to speak to you personally over the call, to understand your concerns regarding the network related issue. However, we are unable to contact you, since your calls were not reachable.
Hence, we would like to inform you that as per your complaint docket number PNR[protected] our concerned team already spoke to you and informed you that you are facing the issue due to low coverage area as your location is 400mtrs away form serving site and a new cell site is required and there is no timeline for same.
