Tata Docomo — network showing in roaming

Since last 5 months it is showing roaming on my number. There's no network problem here and even my phone is also working fine. I have not contacted customer service yet though. It is also happening on my other number. Internet not working properly. Request you to please check and solve the problem as soon as possible.

Pradeep Kelkar's response as per mails & sms from tatadocomo i have to shift from tat photon to Jio . For last month I have not used Tata docomo Photon device (a/c no [protected]).One way Tata docomo is asking to shift to other make & charging for their unused device & charging penalty on the bill.Pl.wvae off bill.

As per your mails & sms we have discontinued using photon having no [protected]. Still docomo is sending bill. Discontinuation of photon was informed on phone.If your device is not used, why to pay ?
