Tata Docomo — no help in pin generation | |||||
Hi my docomo number is [protected]. I click forgot password link and provide the mobile number and click continue. But it shows 'dear customer, you have not changed your initial pin. If you have forgotten your pin, please contact customer care at 121 (Post-paid & pre-paid) to receive new pin' Please advice on this. I raised complaint with tata docomo with complaint number psr[protected]. The customer service agents do not know how to even talk properly. Not sure how things will be resolved. My mobile numbers are diverting calls. Whenever somebody calling me they are getting the tone as this telephone call is diverted to another number. It is requested to resolve problems. My phone numbers are...[protected]. &. [protected]... Regards..K V Rao
