Tata Docomo — No Internet Service | |||
Gopal ch. Panigrahi ph.[protected] odisha on dt.10/07/2015 i subscribed a internet connection of Rs.149/- for 1.5 Gb data from main balance through USSD code, Rs.149 had deducted from balance & net balance came but no internet service, i inquired the customer care service they told to put out the sim & switch on . and also told we sent a message to you. i had been instructed if internet would not be there then the message contain a no. (toll free on docomo) i called to that no but no respond.Again i called to customer care but no respond till now. Pray interfere either connect internet or refund back the lost balance.
