I called customer services many times, given feedback and got a assurance mail but in vain. Till date I am waiting for a reply from Mr.SRIKANTH, PRESIDENT DESK. But they are very punctual in generatinggenerating bill and mailing the same. They provided a resolution to change the location. How can I change my house? When i bought device, then they must tell me the truth.
