[Resolved] Tata Docomo — no refund of deposit | |||
NON REFUND OF DEPOSIT AFTER DEACTIVATION - TATA POSTPAID Sir, I was a tata docomo postpaid customer, I took a free S.T.D & LOCAL calls plan.(RS 899) but due to excess bill amount i deactivated my postpaid number. that time i also complaint regarding excess bill amount but no action taken. I deactivated my postpaid number but till now don't receive my security deposit amount. And instead of giving refund the officials call me daily and disturb be and now its irritating, they tell me to pay my outstanding amount which also keeps fluctuation with each employee calling . When i ask about my deposit i am told that there is no deposit or the amount has been adjusted in bill or the deposit you will get by cheque in 50 days (everyone has different answers or ill rather say excuses). I deactivated my number on 5th October and i guess the number of days are now 68 .. These are some nonsense answers given by the employees.
