[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — No Response from TATA DoCoMo Customer rep, made false commitments

Taken 3G connection on 17th July 2014, Raised complain regarding speed issue on 22nd July 2014, for which resolution time committed was 4 hours. Did not listen anything from them for 2 days and so raised another complain on 24th July 2014. For which resolution date was 26th July 2014. Did not received any information till 25th July 2014 so again called customer care to ask about the status and asked to transfer the call to senior executive. It was promised that I will get a call from TATA engineer on 25th July 2014 and visit will be arranged at my residence between 8 to 9 PM on the same day. Did not get any call from TATA again and on 26th July2014 got an SMS regarding my complain stating that, " The complaint is closed". When called customer care again they mentioned that, an Engineer contacted my number 3 times whereas I did not get any call from them. It was also mentioned that I was out of station, this was the false statement updated by TATA Technical team. Also when asked for refund of all money, as I did not used this connection due to speed, it was denied.

Hello,

I mainly face problem at my office location 'Yerwada' in Pune. And response I get for this location is that it is high utilized area and so speed will get effected. My point is, if it is high utilized area then you should stop giving new connections there. If we get this response for speed issue of a 3G network, what point it makes in taking 3G connection and working with speed of hardly 5-6kbps which is much worst than 2G also!!

And I have rasied first ticket on 22nd July and since then I am struggling to get atleast a single response form customer care and morever, without contacting me, ticket was resolved with the statement that "they have contacted me thrice and I told them that I am out of station and my speed issue is resolve". And when I contacted customer care, they simply say that they believe their technician and they must have contacted me. So that means I am the one who is lying here. With what good reason????

May I know what is status of above complaint?? As I received a call on
18th August from Chennai location regarding my complaint and they
promised that they will look into the issue. Few minutes after that I
got a call from Pune
location with the same reply that they will look into the issue. Few
minutes later, I got an SMS that I will get resolution by 19th Aug. On
19th Aug, I got another SMS stating that resolution time is increased to
25th Aug and still now I am waiting to hear from them as today is 25th
Aug.Also got am SMS today which states that as discussed with our
photon expert, a new site is expected in your location in XXXX months!!
What is this XXXX months??? and if the resolution will be done after getting a new site in location, why should I pay you for such a service???And
I am not writing any further emails to [protected]@tatadocomo.com as I have
not received replies for my 4-5 mails written in last month. So it is
pure WASTE of my time to write an email with the hope that I will get
some reply from you.
