Purchased WIFI Dongle on the net from your e-shop on 17th Sep 2016
- Paid Rs. 2349/- as total purchase value of Dongle (Rs 1999/-) and One Months Prepaid Amount (Rs. 350/-)
- As of 24th Sep despite repeated complaints to your various modes (umpteen calls to your helplines), including visiting your Thane Tata Docomo outlet - my Dongle is not operational

Reason : Despite being activated, your system does not credit the one months prepaid amount that has been paid by me on 17th Sep 2016.

Recommendion : DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THE TATA DOCOMO e-shop

The service and the torture to resolve issues is terrible
