What is the current status of this issue??Whom you are trying to make fool?? Done Everything from my end as per your suggestion. Checked my call settings too..Every option under that disabled.. Why you are giving generic answer??? Just want to know how come you are confidentally saying it's a call forwarding issue ..Who is the technical person gave this information??Just want to know how he investigated??Want a high level investigation on this...As it's done by purposefully by someone...
I want the following inform when by whom it has activated.. Why you people are taking this much of time to resolve this.???Its been more than 24 hrs what is the progress on this issue...Take this issue on a high priority ...Resolve this ASAP..it's mine primary no..If anything goes wrong you people will be responsible for this... Just Want to inform you people got call again from one of your lady employee rather than giving solution she disconnected my call.
I asked very specific question but she not able to give information. Being a part of tata group Donot expect this type of cheap service at all
From you people. You are facing network issue you can reach me at [protected] no also..But want to know current status. As from yesterday facing problem like anything.As per the below suggestion did everything from my end but no luck.So do it from your end and resolve this issue ASAP.

Call forwarding has activated in my sim to some unknown number without my knowledge. I tried to disable it, but No luck. So i contacted customer care. He gave me some instructions to do. I did the exactly same. But still my problem exists without solved. Your solution has not worked out.resolve this problem ASAP.

To deactivate this service you have to follow below mentioned process: Settings > Call Divert > Cancel or Dial ##002#. Furthermore, we have not found any wrong deductions on your number from[protected] to till date. As you have been charged as per your usage for making calls.
