[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Non Connectivity Since 15 Days

Hello, I am Deepak Drolia from Kolkata, West Bengal using ADSL Broadband connection of Tata Docomo. On 17th December, 2015 I raised a complain no.[protected] for non connectivity. But I have not received a single call from them regarding this and I have to check myself the status of my complain by calling them several times in a day. Its been 15 days now the issue still has not been resolved. Sometime I get connection for few hours and then again it goes down. They do not provide any correct information regarding the issues.
