Tata Docomo — not able to disconnect landline [protected]

Trying to disconnect the landline number [protected]. A/c number[protected]. I called on the number [protected] they askin for number or circuit id.
I don't know the circuit id and they are not accepting my number to disconnect. So it goes on loop again enter the number or id.
Number is not working but im paying the bill. Please give me a numbe rto reach out
