Tata Docomo — not able to receive incoming calls | |||
I have been using Tata Docomo since more than 2 years. I got this number in 2016 from Gujarat and now I am in Pune. Since a few months incoming calls are not coming on my number inspite of recharging the number with adequate amount. I want to port the number, but even porting process is stuck maybe because of the same issue. I have tried porting this number 2 times but its not working. I can change the number as it is linked with some important accounts. There is no network in my residential area so I need to step out of the house in order to use the number. Please resolve this issue as it is causing lot of problem as I am not able to recieve any calls. Was this information helpful? | |||

We’ve shifted our house recently. We want to change our landline address too. I called to the costumer care and they gave me a website [protected]@tatatelebroadband.com. So what is it that I should do?

this is swathi lanka, here to informing that my tata doccomo number as [protected] is been temporarly disconnected from a month. as iam using it but i do not know why it is disconnected. i request you to let me know how to activate the number as it is important for me.
