[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Not disconnecting the connection on time and now asking for payment for such period | |||
I got a tata DoCoMo mobile number [protected] but after taking the postpaid I realized that there is no proper coverage in our area (though the area is in heart of Bangalore City). I first compliant about the network issue and the service person that we are augmenting our network and soon you should get good coverage. But I asked to discontinue my connection and I got confirmation of my request via mail dated Dec 29, 2014. But the actual disconnection by Tata was done only on Feb 24, 2015 - i got mail only on this date that my connection is cancelled( I don't know the reason!!)...But to my Horror i got bill for this period. First compliant - Asking me to pay for not providing any service- If you don't have network why did tata offer the connection Second compliant - Not disconnecting after my intimation - Am i responsible for you not disconnecting the connection in time..Whose fault is it and why should i pay for this period Third Compliant - Not listening to the issue and making calls and sending legal notices asking for payment... I am really depressed that company know for integrity is handling the situation like this... Ask your guys to call me solve the problem first and then i am ready to pay if any amount is still payable ...and stop intimidating me with calls and legal notices...
