Tata Docomo — not getting incoming calls

Dear tata docomo team, This is to draw your attention on the subject above. I am not getting incoming calls. If any person calling me it says no. Is not invalid. I also did recharge of 35 to but it doesnt solved my problem. Also, outgoing from the same no. Is open. Please look into the issue about why my incoming is not active. I am not able to call to anybody from my tata docomo number, whenever I call from tata docomo it says "This number is not valid"
