Tata Docomo — not getting otp and outgoing and incoming calls not getting

I am not getting sms or otp from any numbers on my no. Talked to customer care the gave me complint no : [protected] but still dat was not solved. After another call the said me to dial this #35*1234#. Still no solution, now when i cal them its says customer care executives are busy. And call disconnects. Feeling very irritated due to no solution and also not getting outgoing and incoming call but serious issue not getting otp
