Tata Docomo — Not getting proper network speed

My photon plus network setting was in hybrid mode. Six months back I started getting low speed and network team informed me the network setting to be change to photon plus. Three weeks back I started getting low speed again and instead of photon plus network now I am receiving photon whiz network. When I called customer care they are asking me to change my home. I also told them I am facing this issue from all the places. I don't understand what kind of ridiculous service provider they are. Am so irritated with such services and most funniest part is there customer support is asking to change the service provider or home. I told them if network was not there how i was not getting any issues till two weeks back and suddenly it started. Thanks Saptarshi Chakraborty Contact no- [protected]
