[Resolved] Tata Docomo — not giving me full services | |||
thanks to https://www.consumercomplaints.in you are doing a great job.today i had got a call from tata docomo side in the evening, he seems me very educated and gentle person, by the way he was talking and providing information about the problem, he told me that there is some booster problem in the area where i am living, they are going to fix an extra booster to rectify network problem in my area, i feel so special, as i listen to this, but look at the other side of coin, i am not the only user in phase-2, mohali, punjab, who is facing this problem, i think same answer will be delivered to all of them also, so i asked them IF YOU PEOPLE ARE NOT GIVING ME THE FULL SERVICES THEN WHY I SHOULD PAY YOU FULL AMOUNT FOR THE SERVICES, and this time person, asked me to send a request on [protected]@tatadocomo.com... (Strange, like full fee concession, like i am not economically sound to pay full expenses so, kindly, give me full or at least half fee concession...) i refused and told him that i am on this website because i was not entertained initially by docomo persons when i contacted on given email id... so, he hung up the call with attitude with no answer... then on14th dec. night my internet was not working since evening, so i called 198 in frustration, to again record the problem, but the man says Sir, network at your place is very o.k.. i asked him did you know where i reside, or what is going on, he again hit a straight shot" sir it is very o.k". then i told him that your senior official personally called me to tell me that there is network problem at your place so, we are going to fix a booster there, then he was speechless, and look the miracle shot of Sachin after 30 seconds he again go ahead with straight bat and send me out the ground by saying " network problem at your place is not persisting, and start asking me same questions as they always ask others to bother them, sir which set are you saying, kindly switch off you set like bla bla bla... i was given discount of 500 rs for nov. month due to non- availability of network, i told them untill then they are not rectifying the problem, they will not get full bill amount... i want to know TATA DOCOMO OFFICIALS if I am adjusting with the network issue, then why do not you people, ready to adjust with less amount, you give me services and get full amount, am i asking for some thing that is out of this world... thanks a lot regards Vikas Sethi [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
