[Resolved] Tata Docomo — not giving proper statement | |||
tata docomo a/c no:[protected] in this account number i got two post paid connection. when they selling this card they told you are having 2 gb data free but in the bill they had generated on payment even though i had not used full of that 2 gb on this issue i tried lots of time to customer care they also accepted in this plan you are having 2 gb free so i had stopped the payment not paid my bill amount after resolve this issue i will pay my usage amount still every one calling me from collection department they are not answering properly, last month some one called me in my mobile she told me she is calling from legal department when told my issue she told our rep will be come to your office and resolve the issue still date one not come here and yesterday in the name of TD-TLEGAL contact no: given [protected] i made a call to him after i told this issue she also not responding when i am calling him not attening my call I am ready to pay my usage bill amount still from starting date but no one is replying me Was this information helpful? | |||
