Tata Docomo — not receiving incoming call | |||||
I am not able to receive call on my tata docomo number [protected]. I call customer care several times but they say their is no issue from their sides. From the last seven days i call them several times to solve my problem, they told that they will issue a complain and problem will solve in 24 hours but it has not solved till yet. It is one of the worst service provider i have ever seen. They don't know even how to talk with their customers. That's why they are losing their customers. My all friends have ported their numbers due to the same problem. My hr called and rebuke me in front of whole member as i was unable to attend the meeting because he called me the day before and i didn't receive call. Due to this problem i depressed.. So i decided to complaint on consumer forum.. Please take a strict action against such defaulter service provider.. And please guys port your number soon. Otherwise you will face the same problem soon or later. I am going to port my number soon. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I am able to receive calls but unable to make calls from my DoCoMo sim. Its giving me beep and then its getting disconnected. Fedup with the issue please suggest what should be done??

Please stop this mcheck screen on my mobile which keeps popping up every 5 mins, its very irritating, my no is [protected]
