Hi,
I have recently converted my Sim for postpaid connection to prepaid. After the conversion, I am not receiving any text messages.I tried reaching customer care but it was of no help. Please look into it at earliest as this is my primary sim and i am facing problem with the communication. However, i am able to receive calls, not sure as to what is the problem.
