Tata Docomo — not responding after amount paid for new broadband connection | |||
I am dinesh from Visakhapatnam, on Wednesday I paid 1200 rupees to executive person of tata docomo broadband for new connection and he said that you will get connection within 48 hour and there is no need to pay extra charges.yesteday he called me to pay advance for new connection in our office.In office nobody was there and even his team manager also are not lifting their phone and such a worst responds from office.even a single person is not available today when I went to office in morning and they postponed to Monday.I am very unhappy with executive person and their services.I want my money back Was this information helpful? | |||
