Tata Docomo — Not supporting to register complaint to block the lost sim card

Hi,
Today (11/04/2016) i lost my mobile (Nexus5 white) in train no 12650 at hyderabad station having tata docomo ([protected]) sim in it. I tried to register for blocking the sim to the customer care service, but the request was not registered. Kindly help to block the sim asap.
