[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Number barred due to irrelevant reason | |||
Hi Team, I am a prepaid retail customer and my number is [protected]. Suddenly i was not bale to make any calls and receive any calls from this day. When i enquired about this the customer care executive tells me that my number has been barred due to suspecting of call distribution as per TRAI regulations. Please let me know how my retail number can be used for such purpose without my notice. Also i have been a customer of tata docomo since long and i don't expect this kind of service from you. Request you to please look into this ASAP, as this has caused a lot of inconveneience already. Otherwise customers may totally lose trust in you. Was this information helpful? | |||

We regret for the inconvenience caused to you.
As per our discussion over call, I would like to inform you that as per our records your number has been disconnected due to the reason that this number was used for unsolicited calls or SMS and the number was not registered as telemarketing number. I regret that service cannot be restored on your number, I advise you to only use registered number for any Telemarketing activities. Details of Telemarketer registration process are available on the TRAI Website (www.trai.gov.in)
Please be informed that the regulation seeks immediate disconnection of such numbers and hence we are constrained to discontinue services to your number.
With reference to the email, you have informed in the trail mail that documents have been submitted at our outlet hence I request you to provide us the date of submission and outlet details for further assistance.
Further, your feedback regarding customer care service would definitely be given to all concerned departments to ensure increased proactiveness and will help us to provide better services.
