Tata Docomo — number barred without any prior notice | |||
I am using Tata Docomo prepaid connection mobile no ([protected]) for the past 1.5 years. Suddenly on 11-Dec-2013 i got a message stating that("your services are barred on non receipt of document"), after that I am unable to call or receive any more, I was surprised and called customer care. I was told to submit address and id proof documents. But how come without any notice the service will be disconnected just like that ? I was told that they have no information regarding this, the reply was "sorry for that", and service can not be resumed and you have to resubmit the documents.
