Sir, I have joined in your network on 24.02.2015. I selected the number [protected] in the post paid scheme (Rs.1499/-) instead I had received the number [protected]. I contacted several times your staff Mr. Muthubalan, opp. to Madurai mobiles, Krishnarayar tank street, Madurai. As I am a Doctor in profession I had communicated [protected] number to many of my patients. But still now I am not getting a positive response from your staff either Mr. Muthubalan or Mr. Mani. Now it’s time to pay my Ist bill, I am very dissatisfied with your service. So, Kindly take action and give me the number [protected] as early as possible.
