I have initiated a request, for de-activating my post-paid number in the month of september 2017, to tata-docomo center, fort gallery, mumbai.
The last bill was paid on 10-sep-2017 and the request for de-activating was made on the same day. However the customer executive assured me that the post-paid number will be de-activated in next 15-20 days and also need to pay half of the bill amount for the next month, until the sim is de-activated.
The new bill has been generated for the entire month, amounting rs 357, and i get daily calls and messages from the company.
On recieving calls from tata docomo customer executive, they always ask when will the bill paid, but whenever i have asked for an acknowlegement that my post-paid number 8097*29 has been de-activated, they immediately dis-connect the call.
I haven't been using this number from past 4-5 months, still i'm getting charged for the unnecessary amount every month.
On requesting for de-activation, they started making excuses this and that, they made me visited the gallery 4-5 times.
I'm ready to pay the last bill amount if & only when i recieve an acknowlegement from tata docomo that my particular post-paid number has been successfully de-activated and i'will no longer receive any bill. Was this information helpful? |
