[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Number disconnected | |||||
I am using the Tata docomo [protected] from past 1.year The company has disconnected the number saying sufficient kyc documents not submitted When I approached Docomo office in Vijayawada city to submit the KYC documents the Docomo staff are not at all responding and saying number is permanently disconnected. My number is having a balance of more than rs.500/-. Docomo is cheating the customers by looting the customers money. My banking transactions and my connections all are stopped because of number disconnected. Verified Support Mar 08, 2017 Tata DoCoMo Customer Care's response We would like to inform you that, as per our records currently your account belongs to Andhra Pradesh and for the same you need to visit Tata Docomo outlet at your location only. Further, I request you to visit any of your nearest Tata Docomo outlet and submit supported documents along with the Customer Application Form (CAF). However, charges applicable Rs.49/- and the activation process takes 4-5 days. Further, you will be duly intimated regarding your account balance post activation of your number.
