Tata Docomo — our email service has been stopped without any notice | |||
We have renewed our email account with Tata Docomo on 14.03.2018. Account no. :[protected] Tata Docomo No. 0144-[protected] Bill no. [protected] dated 25.02.18 Tariff Plan : FHSIPrimary [protected]@999ARP Plan Amount : 1178/- After the end of the renewal period we have not received any bill regarding the renewal. But from 20.05.2018 without any prior notice our above email account has been stopped working. We have tried to contact the customer care no. 60607070/[protected] hundred times, but both the numbers are not responding. We have tried to contact the nearest payment collection centres. But are unable to get any information. The above email number is our official email id and has been given to several Government concerns. We have to immediately activate the email no.
